Current status (2026-04-19)

The site is currently in a “community curation + cross-referenced international guidelines” phase, and has not yet contracted publicly named licensed physicians.

  • All medical content is anchored to the following authoritative sources, each cited with a DOI:
    • Endocrine Society 2017, Endocrine Treatment of Gender-Dysphoric/Gender-Incongruent Persons
    • WPATH SOC 8 (2022)
    • UCSF Transgender Care Guidelines
    • EMA / FDA drug safety alerts
  • Every medical claim must be accompanied by a <CitationRef> pointing to the primary source
  • Page frontmatter mandates the three metadata fields evidenceLevel, lastReviewed, and references

Next steps: We are reaching out to trans-friendly licensed physicians in mainland China, Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan, Japan, and North America to join a rotating review pool. If you are interested, please contact us via the feedback form or GitHub.

  • No prescribing relationship: reviewers have no direct prescribing relationship to the medications or brands recommended on this site, to avoid conflicts of interest
  • Dissent on file: review comments and editorial decisions are recorded throughout; major disagreements are publicly disclosed
  • Identity protection: advisors may remain anonymous, but must provide the editorial team with a copy of their professional license and proof of affiliation
  • Update obligation: within 48 hours of a major guideline update, reviewers confirm whether existing pages are affected
